Planned pre-launch pricing

Run every prop account from one place.

Every planned paid tier includes the same rule engine and guardrails. The tiers change capacity — not the safety toolkit. Billing is not active, and prices, limits, trial terms, and founding eligibility remain subject to final pre-launch confirmation.

Solo

Your first accounts, with the full safety toolkit.

  • Warnings as you approach a rule limit
  • Journal, replay, exports, the graph
  • Ask the assistant — 100 questions/mo

Tracking, rules, guardrails, and the journal stay together on one plan.

Billing is not active. Early access is planned as a 14-day free trial on your own accounts, no card. Data handling and post-trial access will be stated in the launch terms. The live copier is in development: Operator takes no money until it ships.

Planned founding offer: the first 20 on Operator at $74.50/mo, and the first 10 on Desk at $39.50/mo — half price for as long as they stay on that plan. Final eligibility and terms will be published before launch.

Use your own numbers

What does your operation already cost?

Set the calculator to your actual evaluations, resets, and recurring fees. It totals those inputs; it does not estimate what Firmtrack would save.

Illustrative defaults — replace them with your own figures.

Your operation, before software

$305/mo

At the planned Desk price, that is 3.9× as much. Firmtrack keeps the underlying fees, resets, and deadlines visible; this is not a savings estimate.

Rough math from your inputs. Your exact number lives in your own ledger — the trial computes it from your real accounts.

What changes by tier

A smaller plan means less capacity, not fewer guardrails

The honest line

Guardrails warn; they do not trade for you

Rules for supported firms are sourced and dated. Unknown rules stay marked unverified. Firmtrack warns as a tracked account approaches a configured limit; it does not block or flatten trades.

Pricing FAQ

Fair objections

I already use a trade journal. Why switch?

Keep it if you love the journaling — Firmtrack imports common journal exports. A journal tracks your trades; Firmtrack runs your accounts: rules, fees, payouts, deadlines, and what each account actually costs you. Different job.

I already have a copier.

Then Desk is your plan — nothing in it assumes our copier. Operator is planned for traders who want one bill and one rule engine across tracking and copying instead of two systems.

A spreadsheet works fine for me.

For one or two accounts, sure. But a column of numbers doesn't know your rule book, doesn't catch the stale drawdown you're about to size a trade against, and won't tell you which habit is actually costing you money — it just remembers what you typed in.

Why should I connect my accounts?

You don’t have to — manual entry and CSV imports work without a broker connection. Each future connector will disclose its permissions before you connect it; live copying will require separate, explicit authorization.

Will it work with my firm?

The rule book lists its supported firms, with each verified rule sourced and dated. Accounts without a verified rule set can still be tracked, but their rules remain unavailable or marked "not verified" rather than guessed.

I only have a few accounts.

That is the planned Solo tier — $29/mo for up to 5 active accounts, with the same rule engine and guardrails as the larger tiers. Breached accounts do not count against the planned cap.

Is my data secure?

The current demo stores account data in your browser. Production data handling, retention, exports, and third-party processing will be governed by the privacy policy and launch terms before real accounts are connected.

Can Firmtrack prevent rule breaches?

No. Guardrails warn as a tracked account approaches a configured limit; they do not block or flatten trades.

Why is the planned Desk tier $79?

Desk combines the journal with the verified rule engine, account economics, payout and deadline operations, and unlimited tracked accounts. Planned live copying belongs to Operator, subject to venue approval and production validation.

Will there be a sale later?

The current page shows planned standard prices and a planned founding offer. Final eligibility, duration, and billing terms will be published before anyone is charged.
