For futures prop traders

You're running 30 accounts across 8 firms.
Your P&L lives in a spreadsheet you hate.

Firmtrack tracks what those accounts are actually costing you, what they've paid you back, and every trade in between — one place instead of a spreadsheet, a separate journal app, and a tab open for tick math.

By joining, you agree to our privacy policy.

Alpha50k2 · Alpha Futures$520 left
MFFU50k2 · MyFundedFutures$420 left

Combined runway

$1,320

Same trade on all 3? Then it's one position with one runway — not 3 separate risks.

Firmtrack surfaces these before the breach email does.

$1,005,300 deployed across 6 firms — this is what one trader's stack looks like.

Apex$317,600

Lucid$154,200
Topstep$118,600
Tradeify$103,700
Alpha$103,300

Every firm is another login. Another billing date. Another tab.

None of them talk to each other. So you built a spreadsheet to hold it all together — and now the spreadsheet is the thing you dread opening. Below is the actual fix — real product UI, live on this page, not a screenshot.

6 firms. 6 logins. 6 billing cycles. One person trying to remember all of it.

Everything your spreadsheet can't do

Every panel below is the real product running live on sample data — not a screenshot. Click around.

02 — The autopsy

Know why your accounts actually die

Tag the reason every time an account blows — revenge trading, oversizing, news spike — and patterns you can't see in the moment become a chart you can't ignore. Click a bar for the account list.

Blown accounts, by cause

03 — The assistant

Ask, instead of digging

Plain questions, answers grounded in your own accounts and rules. Try the ones on the left — those answers come from the same sample data as everything else on this page.

Ask Firmtrack

Which account is closest to its drawdown limit?

Apex50k5 — only $380 of drawdown room left.

Answers are grounded in your own accounts and stats — never a guess, and never generic trading advice.

04 — The replay

Watch your trades back

Any logged trade replays as price action around your entry and exit — not just two numbers in a table. Film study, for trading.

05 — The goals

Targets you set. Numbers you can't argue with.

07 — The journal

A journal that does the math

Every trade logged once, every stat computed for you — win rate, profit factor, expectancy, and an equity curve that doesn't lie to you. Not a separate app. Not a spreadsheet tab.

Know your edge before you pay for another eval

A working reward:risk calculator, grounded in two academic studies of real futures day traders — not trading-guru platitudes. It's live; try your own numbers.

What's next

Where this is going

Your real accounts

Early access starts as a free trial — bring your own accounts and everything on this page runs on your numbers instead of sample data.

Connect, not type

Read-only sync with the platforms you already trade on, so your stats fill themselves in. Manual entry and imports stay first-class for everyone else.

The rest, when it ships

There's a longer list, and we're not publishing it. This space has enough vaporware — we'd rather show you something working than promise it.

FAQ

Fair questions

Is Firmtrack live yet?

Not yet — we're in pre-launch. Join the waitlist and you'll get an invite when early access opens. It starts as a free trial, no card required.

How is this different from a trading journal?

There's a journal in here, but it's the smallest part. Firmtrack is the accounting layer for your whole operation: what every account costs, what every firm has actually paid out, which subscriptions are dead weight, when the next billing date lands. Journals track your trades — Firmtrack tracks your trading business.

Will I have to connect my trading accounts?

No. Nothing connects to anything without your say-so — you can run entirely on manual entry and CSV imports. Read-only platform sync is planned for people who want their stats to fill themselves in, and it will never need more than read access.

Which prop firms does it support?

All of them, by design — you control the data, so any futures prop firm works. The sample data on this page uses Apex, Topstep, MyFundedFutures, Tradeify, Lucid, and Alpha as examples.

Does Firmtrack place or copy trades?

No. Firmtrack is read-only bookkeeping and analytics — it never touches order flow, never places a trade, and never holds trading permissions on your accounts.

What will it cost?

Pricing isn't final. Early access opens as a free trial, and the waitlist hears pricing before anyone else. For what it's worth, the dead-weight panel usually finds more in forgotten monthly fees than a tool like this would cost.

What happens to my data?

Today, everything on this site runs in your browser, and the only thing we store is your waitlist email. When real accounts launch that changes — and the privacy policy will spell out exactly what's stored and where before you're asked to trust us with anything.
