Cost per Funded Account Calculator
A "$50K funded account" does not tell you what it cost to obtain. The useful number is everything you paid — failed evaluations, resets, activation fees, data fees — divided by the funded accounts you actually earned.

attempts it took, on your own numbers
The first payout from a funded account has to clear $560 before the account has paid for itself — and that is before any fee that keeps billing on an account you have stopped trading.
The starting values are sample numbers, not any firm's prices. Replace every one with your own receipts.
Why this number, and not the account size
Prop dashboards show the balance of the account you are trading. They do not show the evaluations that failed on the way there, the resets you bought instead of waiting, or the fee that kept billing after an account was already gone. Add those up and divide by the accounts that reached funded, and you have the sticker price of one funded account — the number the first payout has to clear.
Track it per firm. Two firms with the same evaluation price can have very different costs per funded account once resets and activation fees are counted, and that gap is a fact about your operation, not about the firms.
Firmtrack computes this from recorded purchases and account stages for every firm you trade — the same arithmetic, without the spreadsheet. See it on the sample operation, labeled as sample data.
