Connecting
Connect a Tradovate account (Apex, Tradeify, Lucid, MFF and others)
Tradovate-backed prop accounts connect by signing in on Tradovate's own page. Nothing to buy. Firmtrack's partner access is pending with the NinjaTrader Ecosystem.

Status
Tradovate connections are built and waiting on one thing: Tradovate issues sign-in credentials to third-party apps only through the NinjaTrader Ecosystem review. Firmtrack's application is for read-only sync. Until it is approved the Tradovate card on your account page says "Waiting on partner approval".
How it will work
- On your account page press Continue with Tradovate. A Tradovate sign-in page opens; use your Tradovate username and password, not your prop-firm portal login.
- Tradovate sends you back to Firmtrack. Firmtrack never sees your password, only a session token, which it stores encrypted.
- Every account under that login is listed. Prop-firm evaluation and funded accounts run in Tradovate's simulation environment, so they show up tagged as sim; that is normal and they still sync.
Make sure your market data agreements are signed in Tradovate first; Tradovate rejects API sessions until they are.
Cost
Nothing. Tradovate's $25 per month API add-on is for traders using their own key on a live brokerage account, and Tradovate states that prop firm and evaluation accounts are not eligible for it. Signing in through a reviewed partner app is how prop accounts reach any third-party tool, and it costs the trader nothing.
What syncs
- Accounts and balances from both Tradovate environments.
- Fills with price, size, side, and the fee rows Tradovate keeps per fill. Tradovate reports no profit or loss per fill, so Firmtrack prices each round trip from the contract's tick value.
- Firmtrack pulls whatever execution history Tradovate returns for each account; nothing older is invented. Sessions expire when you are away, so you may be asked to sign in again; your history stays.
